River International on the Aberdeen & District AA stretch of the River Don
and with 47 placings they took the gold medal by 3 placings from Wales who had
50 placings. Ireland were one placing
further back on 51 to take the third spot and England were fourth with 56
placings.
Top individual rod was Ross McKeen of Scotland who had three
firsts and one second from his four sessions to finish with 5 placings. Richard McHattie, Scotland’s Captain, was
second overall with two firsts, one second and one third to finish with 7
placings.
